Metallic smoke flakes by PENTART create a metallic or metal-effect pattern on any surface of a decorated object. Create your own sophisticated, original design that is fashionable and trendy! Metallic flakes give your art project a vintage metallic style. They are made from very thin polyester encased in shiny metal, making them very durable and glossy. They can be added to a clear binder or transparent varnish. Glue for metallic flakes or glitter is suitable for use. For better durability, the applied metallic flakes should be treated with a protective varnish that is solvent-based.

Use:

Before applying metallic flakes, clean the surface of the decorated object to remove dirt, marks, dust, and so on. Apply a thin layer of glue to the surface of the object. Apply a thin layer in a circular motion. Wipe away excess glue with a soft cloth. Then apply the metallic flakes to the glued area of the decorated object. We recommend using a box as your work surface, as the metallic flakes are very light and often float around. After 30 minutes, the metallic flakes become transparent and dry. Excess metallic flakes that do not stick can be reused.
